Guaranteed Contract -Terms and Conditions\

In order for our Guarantee to be valid the following conditions must be meet.

This puppy is guaranteed to be free of any contagious life threatening diseases or illness for 3 days from the date of pickup and 6 months from D.O.B. for genenetic problems.

Guaranteed Contract -Terms and Conditions

1. The Seller will provide, to the Buyer, an AKC Registraition Application for Certificate for the puppy. If the application has not been received from the AKC Registry at the time of sale, the Seller will provide the Buyer evidence that the registration has been applied for, and upon receipt from AKC, the Seller will forward the application to the respective Buyer.

2. The Seller will have the puppy up to date on shots and wormings on the date on purchase. I do not guarantee adult color or size, although I can give you my best educated guess.

3. The Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within three business days of the purchase date. The Seller must be informed immediately of the examination result by mail or fax . The failure of this will result in the cancellation of the guarantee. If the exam indicates that at the time of sale, the pup was unfit for purchase due to illness, disease, or congenital disorder, the Buyer may return the pup for an exchange of equivalent value. If you choose euthanasia, without my prior consent, you will forfeit all guarantees within this contract.

4. The Seller guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for 72 hours. This include Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. It does NOT include Coccidia or Kennel Cough which are common in pups that are shipped an usually caused by bacteria. It also does NOT include hernias, worms, hypoglycemia and other minor illnesses.

5.) The Seller guarantees the puppy, until 6 months of age, against fatal and life altering congenital and genetic defects which adversely affects the health of the puppy. This includes: Severe Hip Dysplasia (which hampers a dog's movement and natural gait and requires surgery to correct), Demodectic Mange, Severe Luxating Patellas, Kidney, Heart, Pancreas, Spine, and Liver problems of a severe life threatening or altering nature. This does NOT include skin allergies. If the dog dies within this 6 months time frame, Buyer will have to pay to have a necropsy done on the dog to ascertain the cause of death. If the reason is genetic or congenital, the Seller will replace the puppy. No Cash Refunds. It may take up to 1 year for a nother puppy to be produced. IN ORDER FOR THE 6 MONTHS TO BE APPLICABLE . THE PUPPY HAS TO BE MICRO CHIPPED WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF PICK UP. PROPER DOCUMENTATION MUST BE MAIL TO ME.

6.) The Seller must be notified of the problem within two days of the licensed veterinarian's findings and have two reports from two different veterinarians stating the same problem and the Seller will provide a replacement puppy of equivalent value. Buyer is responsible for the transportation cost of the replacement puppy. In the event the guarantee is exercised, the registration papers of the defected puppy must be signed and returned to the Seller.

7.) The Seller will NOT be responsible for any veterinarian fees or costs. The Buyer is aware that owning a puppy means trips to the veterinarian and understands that he or she will be responsible for all payments after the purchase date.

8.) The Buyer agrees to provide annual vet exams, including heartworm checks and preventatives, to finish the series of puppy vaccinations and to get yearly boosters and keep everything to ensure the health of the puppy up to date. Failure to comply with and provide documentation of these requirements voids all guarantees. The Buyer further warrants that the puppy will be kept in appropriate conditions and fed well for it's health and welfare.

9.) In the event of any litigation in connection with this Guarantee, the Buyer agrees for the dispute to be held in Harlan County, Kentucky.

10.) The Seller agrees to take the puppy/dog back (at any age and at no cost to you ) if the Buyer can no longer keep the dog due to illness, moving or etc. and cannot find it a safe, appropriate home.

11.) When buying over the internet you are automatically agreeing to these terms stated in the above agreement.
